During my time at FRONTSTEPS, I became increasingly interested in how AI could improve not just the products we were designing, but the way we designed them.

As Design Lead, I partnered closely with product managers, engineers, and our AI-focused engineering lead to rethink how our team understood products, synthesized research, documented design systems, and embedded AI into customer experiences.

Rather than viewing AI as another feature, I saw it as an opportunity to build better design workflows, stronger collaboration, and more consistent products.
